helpful to Ms and GMs

What we need is a way to check how long someone has been idle (not casting spells, moving, walking) and/or dead.. and how long since their last skill usage, last message, and last spell cast.... it'd helpout with the macroing and freeing up server bandwith... and now, if this is scriptable now.. then Tim, you pay attention to this... talk to Aaron and see what can be done about making it happen
